CHOCOLATE LOVER’S FUDGE BROWNIES WITH PINK CHERRY ICING
Ingredients
1 box Chocolate Lover’s Fudge Brownie Mix
½ cup butter, melted
2 large eggs
2 Tbsp. water
½ cup finely chopped pecans (or nuts of your choosing)
Instructions
Heat oven to 350°F. Grease or spray bottom of 8" x 8" baking pan. Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl; stir until moist. Spread batter in baking pan, filling corners. Bake 25-28 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool before icing.
Pink Cherry Icing:
1 ½ cups icing sugar
1/3 cup syrup from maraschino cherries
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
½ tsp. almond extract (optional)
2 Tbsp. heavy cream
¼ cup maraschino cherries, finely chopped
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir just until combined, use to ice cooled brownies.
